This notice explains what Mrunch receives when you visit the site, submit an enquiry, or book a conversation.
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company or website, desired improvement, and message. If you book a call, Calendly may also receive the information you enter there.
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess whether a conversation is useful, prepare for it, and keep necessary records of the resulting communication.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals to check that a form submission is legitimate. Resend then delivers the message to the private Mrunch inbox. These providers process information only as needed to provide their respective services.
Contact submissions are not stored in a website database. They remain in the private inbox and any necessary communication records. Cloudflare, Turnstile, Resend, Calendly, and the exchange-rate provider may retain limited security, delivery, or access logs under their own retention practices.
The booking calendar is provided by Calendly. Mrunch can suggest a display currency from your browser's language and timezone, without requesting precise location. Your manual currency choice may be saved in your browser. Currency conversion uses the latest available daily reference rates and refreshes while the page is open. Mrunch does not send your contact details with rate requests.
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared. Send the request through the contact form with “Privacy or data request” selected so it reaches the same private inbox.
This notice was updated for the Mrunch contact form and will evolve with the site’s delivery workflows.
